Cognia and North Central Commission on Accreditation and School Improvement (NCA CASI)

Western Christian Academy (K – 12th grades) is accredited with Cognia, formerly known as Advanced and their legacy agencies North Central Commission on Accreditation and School Improvement (NCA CASI). Cognia is a global, nonprofit improvement organization dedicated to helping institutions and education providers grow learners, teachers, and leaders. They offer accreditation and certification, assessment, and professional services within a framework of continuous improvement. Serving over 36,000 public and private institutions from early learning through high school across the United States and in more than 90 countries. Cognia brings a global perspective to advancing teaching and learning.

 

National Association of Private Schools (NAPS)

Western Christian Academy, (K – 12 grades) is accredited by the National Association of Private Schools (NAPS) who are dedicated to recognizing and improving the character and educational quality of private Christian schools. NAPS is a non-profit educational corporation, which provides educational assistance and accreditation for church schools, private Christian schools, and Christian home school academies, Pre – K through 12th grade, with credible traditional education programs.
