Tammie Barr

VICE PRINCIPAL / K – 8 COUNSELOR
I graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Psychology from Ashford University, and have a Multiple Subject Credential through CSU, Fullerton (CalState Teach). Prior to joining WCA, I have worked as a preschool teacher, an instructional aide for special education, and a teacher for students from kindergarten through eighth grade.

My husband and I have a beautiful blended family of 6 children, and lots of animals located in the rolling hills of Auberry, California. When I’m home, I enjoy spending time with my soul mate, family, and friends. We spend our time running our cattle and bee ranch, along with selling fresh eggs, and vegetables from our garden in the summer. There is always a project to work on or something new to learn!

I joined the Western Christian Academy Family in the summer of 2016 as a teacher. Now, I am the Vice-Principal and the Academic Counselor for preschool through 8th grade. I enjoy working with all the families that join our community every day. I look forward to the new challenges that we face, and the lessons that we learn each day, as they are all blessings from above. May your life be blessed!
