Rom 8:24-25 … Now hope that is seen is not hope. For who hopes for what he sees? But if we hope for what we do not see, we wait for it with patience.

Hope requires patience. In a culture and society that has quick access to most everything, we are not accustomed to waiting, but, anything of value is worth waiting for.

Western Christian Academy is in the business of helping students and families understand this principle through our approach to education. Each student is unique. Many of our students, from all walks of life, come to us with deficiencies in their learning. However, we can provide almost every student a path toward success and graduation despite so-called deficiencies. For some, this takes time and hard work to overcome habits that have been developed, but through patience, their hope becomes their reality. For generations, the prophets hoped for the Messiah, but very few recognized the baby, born of a virgin. Mary was chosen, found to have favor with God, yet pondered all that was told her within her heart. During this Christmas season, may you ponder your hopes & dreams within your heart as you wait patiently, but expectantly upon the One who is at work in you, perfecting His great work in the wonderful creation of you.

Hope is in Jesus! Merry Christmas!!!
